Death Angel is about a boy who is tired of this monotonous life and lack of any "adventures" in it to a point that he doesn't want to do anything else than finishing the novel he's been reading (Nausea, 1938) after a girl who says is a death angel tells him that he can only live till the sunset.
This film is greatly influenced by Jean-Paul Sartre's Nausea and Existentialism school of thought in general. Also, the last scene is somehow my conception from Orhan Pamuk's The New Life. The passivity of the characters and their wandering around, reminds us of some French New Wave films and the inconsistence -and some time satirical- tone of the film could be considered a post-modern style.
